Very friendly and professional staff! Bill showed up and was very courteous and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and was able to complete the repair quickly. He was very honest, by reparing ONLY what needed repairing and not trying to "upgrade" the services. Overall had a very good experience with J&E and would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a/c & heating services.
